That’s why we created the Dos Amigos Mentorship Program—an intentional approach to onboarding that builds confidence, fosters connection, and helps every new hire feel like they belong from day one.

Through the Dos Amigos program, every new hire is paired with an employee-led volunteer on their very first shift. This mentor helps them:

  • See that they’re not alone, but part of a team
  • Learn the ropes and understand expectations
  • Embrace our safety and sanitation practices
  • Adjust to third-shift life

This one-on-one guidance accelerates learning, is more relationship focused, prevents early burnout, and creates real relationships within our crews.
