Our mentorship program goes beyond the first shift with a structured path that includes recognition, rewards, and incentives at every stage. Both mentors and mentees earn entries for raffle giveaways and prizes, while “Super Crews” with no turnover enjoy exclusive meals and rewards for their commitment and teamwork.

Mentorship is just the beginning. Many of our Dos Amigos graduates go on to join the StartKleen WINS program, an internal leadership development course focused on personal growth, technical skills, and preparing for future management roles.
